2-in-1 lid sip or straw, your choice

The Neo mug is designed for how people actually drink on the go not just one way:

Mode 1
Direct sip
Open the lid for direct drinking smooth, controlled sipping without tilting the mug. Works for left- and right-handed users. Ideal for hot drinks like coffee and tea.

Mode 2
Straw use
Insert a straw through the lid opening for cold drinks, iced coffee, or smoothies. Keep the lid closed for full leak protection between sips.

Adjustable for left- or right-handed use

The Neo mug lid is cleverly designed to be flipped for either hand no extra parts needed, just a simple cap installation trick:

Right-handed
How to set up
Hold the mug with the handle on your right side. Place the cap with the drinking mouth facing away from you (opposite side), then tighten fully.
As the cap tightens, the mouth rotates around to face your side ready for comfortable right-handed sipping.

Left-handed
How to set up
Hold the mug with the handle on your left side. Place the cap with the drinking mouth facing away from you (opposite side), then tighten fully.
As the cap tightens, the mouth rotates around to face your side ready for comfortable left-handed sipping.

Tip: The starting position of the mouth is always facing away from you the only difference is which side you hold the handle before tightening.

Why it works

Ceramic-lined interior pure taste, every sip
The premium ceramic coating on the interior eliminates the metallic taste and odour that standard stainless steel mugs leave behind. Your coffee tastes like coffee, your tea tastes like tea not like the mug it’s sitting in.

Double-wall vacuum insulation
The double-wall construction creates an insulating vacuum between the inner and outer walls, keeping hot drinks hot for up to 4 hours and cold drinks cold for up to 8 hours without sweating on the outside.

100% leak-proof lid
The lid forms a completely spill-free seal when closed safe to toss in your bag, carry on your commute, or place on your desk without worrying about a coffee catastrophe. No leaks, no drips, no mess.

304 stainless steel body BPA & lead free
The outer body is food-grade 304 stainless steel the same grade used in kitchen and medical equipment. Free from BPA, lead, and other harmful materials. Safe for daily use with hot and cold beverages.

Powder-coated scratch-resistant exterior
The matte powder-coated finish is both scratch-resistant and slip-resistant it looks good even after months of daily use, and feels secure in your hand or on a slippery desk surface.

Ergonomic handle for easy carrying
The comfortable handle lets you carry the mug naturally no grip juggling when you’re running for the MRT or balancing a laptop bag. Fits comfortably in most hands and keeps the hot exterior away from your palm.

Why Crossing

Ceramic makes a real difference
Most insulated mugs use bare stainless steel interiors that leave a metallic aftertaste. The Neo’s ceramic lining is a premium upgrade that genuinely improves how your coffee and tea taste.

500ml for those who drink more
Bigger capacity for longer commutes, bigger brews, and those days when a smaller mug just doesn’t cut it. Same premium build, just more of it.

10-year warranty built to last
Crossing’s 10-year warranty is one of the longest available on any drinkware product in Singapore. This is a mug you buy once and keep for years.
